"Much improvement needed. The online banking is horrible. It cost me $140 in late fees. I scheduled bills to be paid on certain dates and they were not paid for a week later,causing late fees and reducing my credit score. Also, very poor system, can't download my transactions or see them;even after downloading Gnucash App. Seriously thinking I should close checking and saving, take my business elsewhere"
